A 90's staple! This flare skirt has a button closure all the way down the front of the skirt that blends in with the rest of the skirt. A perfect basic for dressing up for the rodeo or just for a date night. We love it paired with boots and a textured top. Fits like a women's size large, but has elastic at the back that could be adjusted as needed.
